Archie Ocloolee - Certified Group Fitness Trainer/Instructor, Personal Trainer, HS to College Sports Career Instructor. Archie specializes in weight loss, muscle gain and overall fitness and wellness, sports-related training (buidlding a solid foundation for any sport), sport-specific training (football & soccer: includes skill-set enhacement, mastering technique and improvement at your position), strength, speed and agility. Brian Percuoco - Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Leader. Brian is a Marine Corps veteran. He specializes in men's and women's BodyBuilding (muscular mass building, definition and tone), muscular strength and endurance training, flexibility and range of motion exercise, cardiovascular health and weight loss.
Darren Downing – Certified Personal Trainer, Certified in Bio-mechanics of weight training. Darren has 22 years of experience in general fitness and weight loss programs including nutritional counseling. He has specialized over the last 18 years in athletic power and speed development focusing on young athletes. Darren currently has two former clients playing in the NFL.
Deshawn Franklin – Certified Group Exercise Leader, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Deshawn is also a former safety for Oklahoma State Football.
Emma Hands – Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in running, weightlifting, and women’s health.
Jason Macon – Certified Group Exercise Leader and Personal Trainer. Jason is also a former Marine and a future Langston Football Player. Specializes in sports training (mainly football), quickness and agility training, and overall health. Jason is also a semi-pro football coach for the Northern Oklahoma Executioners.
Kathy Holliday – Certified Group Exercise Leader and Personal Trainer. Kathy specializes in Yin Yoga, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Strategies. Kathy has also worked and taught in the fitness industry for the last 30 years.
Marsha Sobonya – Certified Group Exercise Leader and Personal Trainer. Marsha is also certified in Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Absolute Abs, Yoga, Kickboxing, Aquatics Leader, Spin, Nutrition Specialist, Safe Step Instructor, Master Fitness Choreographer. Marsha specializes in flexibility, Pole Fitness, women’s fitness, kids and teens fitness, sports specific training (includes golf, softball, basketball, cheerleading, dance, pom, and tennis). Marsha is the fitness trainer to the OSU Spirit Squads and Fitness Trainer to Pro LPGA Women’s golfer, as well as OSU track in Yoga/flexibility. Marsha has 29 years of experience in fitness and training and 15 years of experience in certifying other trainers in the fitness field.
Tamra Carr – Certified Group Fitness Exercise Leader, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Tamra specializes in Cardio/Heart Health, Weight loss, Weight lifting/toning, Flexibility training, PiYo, and Core Specific Training.
